Reminder: AAdvange Members Earn 100,000 Bonus Miles For Asia Flights: American Airlines AAdvantage members can earn up to 100,000 bonus miles for taking a maximum of four eligible roundtrip flights on any of AA’s new non-stop routes between the US and Asia. Register prior to travel using promotion code ASIA2, purchase a qualifying First class, Business class or select Economy class fare ticket, and complete travel by December 6, 2014.
Earn 5,000 Bonus Aeroplan Miles For Avis Rentals: If you are an Aeroplan member, you can earn up to 5,000 bonus miles on weekly rentals with Avis in the United States and Canada through August 31, 2014. Avis defines a weekly rental as a minimum of five consecutive days. You must use the coupon code MCAA004 and the Aeroplan AWD #C682300 when booking.
Get 3,000 Bonus Aeroplan Miles For Canada Marriott Stays: If you are an Aeroplan member, you can earn up to 3,000 bonus miles for stays at 62 different Marriott properties in Canada through August 31, 2014. You will earn 750 bonus miles per night with a maximum bonus of 3,000 miles per stay, in addition to the two miles per dollar that you normally earn. The minimum stay is two nights and must include a Friday, Saturday or Sunday night. Be sure to use promo code MRP when making your reservation, and choose the rate affiliated with the bonus miles offer.
Ritz Carlton Offers Double Night Credits: Ritz Carlton is offering double night credits to all Reward members for any Ritz-Carlton stays through the end of 2014. You will earn two elite night credits for each night stayed, and the offer is retroactive for all stays that have already taken place. The offer ends December 31, 2014.
New York Airports Getting Free WiFi: Laguardia, Kennedy and Newark will soon offer 30 free minutes of WiFi, bringing them up to speed with many other airports around the United States. Due to the new free 30 minutes, users will no longer have the option to buy one hour of WiFi for $4.95. Once the free 30 minutes has elapsed, users will be charged a daily rate of $7.95 or a monthly fee of $9.95. There is no official start date, but hopefully it will be soon.
Saudi Airlines Offers Free WiFi For First/Business Class Passengers: If you are flying First or Business class with Saudi Air, you can surf the web free of charge. Saudi uses OnAir as their wireless service provider.
3X Avianca LifeMiles For Le Accor Stays: Avianca LifeMiles members can earn triple miles for stays at Le Accor affiliated hotels until September 30, 2014. You must book the offer by August 16, 2014 to be eligible for the bonus miles. In order to get the promotion, you must subscribe to Le Accor Club Hotels and a be member of LifeMiles.
Air India Officially Joins Star Alliance: Air India is the first Indian airline to join Star Alliance, and was recently approved by the Star Alliance network. The integration teams at Air India, Star Alliance and its member carriers will now complete the last necessary work in order to ensure that Air India can offer all Star Alliance customer benefits from July 11, 2014 forward.
